Jacques Bermon Webster III (born on April 30 1993) is an American rapper. His stage name is a combination of the name of a favourite uncle and the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major-label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing contract with Kanye's GOOD Music. He signed a joint record agreement with Epic Records and T.I. He's signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in 2013. The mixtape was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the release of his debut studio album. His hit single, "Antidote", was featured on it. His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 number one album. The next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo titled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to critical acclaim and produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In late 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. The single, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. Scott became the first Hot 100 artist to have three songs hit the number one spot in less than a decade in 2020.
